It's a big bad world out there and there are many unscrupulous people are using fraudulent credit cards & bank accounts, cards & accounts that do not belong to them. PayPal's verification and confirmation system, not only helps prevent ABC LLC from accepting fraudulent charges, but PayPal's verification and confirmation processes also help protect consumers by making it harder for others to commit charge fraud. The system isn't foolproof, but we do what we can. The following outlines our policy for accepting payment through PayPal.

- ABC LLC will not complete transactions with buyers who have not confirmed their address, are not verified and/or are not in good standing with regard to their feedback.
